File Maker Pro Advanced is an application that allows you to create, edit, and manage databases. The application supports most formats (SQL, XML, etc). Its flexibility helps novice users to get started in the database design with the help of database templates, having a good selection of common use databases (email marketing, expense budget, materials costs, etc.).

The program allows you to export the information to other file formats (xls, pdf,) or print any given data screen with its built-in printing wizard. Advanced users can benefit from this application too; existing databases can be modified or edited, making this a useful and more dynamic tool, compared to similar and more expensive database builders.

Database Scripting is supported and can be managed through simple clicks. Advanced users will find this a time-saving feature and novice users will be able to edit script without complicated command syntax.

The application comes with an add-on that allows you to locate physical or virtual hard drives and networks, which is a core feature when creating databases.
